FollowMe™ is a plan that offers solid health protection regardless of who provided your previous group health and dental coverage.
There are four plans to choose from - Basic, Enhanced, EnhancedPlus and Premiere.

1. Dental Services
• Basic services such as exams, fillings, extractions, denture services, etc.
• Extensive services such as crowns, bridges, dentures, endodontics, periodontics, and orthodontics (note that coverage depends on the plan type selected).
• Not covered by Basic and Enhanced plans.
• Only Basic services covered by EnhancedPlus plan.
2. Prescription Drugs
• Coverage for generic drugs.
• Shared dispensing fee.
• Covered by all plans, difference is in amount of coverage.
3. Vision Care
• Covers the cost towards prescription lenses and frames, contact lenses and laser eye surgery.
• Covered by all plans, difference is in amount of coverage.
4. Hospital Benefits
• Preferred hospital accommodation in excess of the standard ward room rate.
• A cash benefit in lieu of the room cost for each day you are not able to obtain preferred accommodation.
• Semi-private for all plans, and private available for premiere plan.
• Covered by all plans, difference is in amount of coverage.
5. Extended Health Care Benefits
1. Survivor Benefit
• Coverage for one year upon death of an adult policy holder.
• Covered by all plans.
2. Fracture Benefit
• Benefit payable for a fractured bone.
• Not covered by Basic plan.
3. Accidental Death and Dismemberment
• Benefit payable for accidental death or dismemberment resulting from an accident.
• Covered by all plans, difference is in amount of coverage.
